Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College is a multi and intra-disciplinary medical college and research institution working as an independent body of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. The College is located in a majestic building within the vast sprawling campus, furnished with the latest and best available audio-visual teaching aids such as OHP, LCD, visualizer, electronic teaching boards etc. provided in all the lecture theatres, departments and teaching points. The lectures are corroborated with practical exercise, in each department having its own individual laboratory.Presently, the college has 20 departments including Anatomy, Anesthesiology & Critical Care, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Dermatology, STD & Leprosy, Forensic Medicine, General Surgery, Medicine, Microbiology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology & Head & Neck Surgery, Pathology, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, Psychiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Physiology, Radio-Diagnosis. In addition, we also have a Central Research Station with advanced research facility, Medical Education Unit and Central and Department libraries. The college is also offering Super-specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery and Plastic-surgery. Our all departments are attached to a computer lab with CDs, internet facilities for the students for self-learning and surfing. Department libraries are stocked with the latest editions of books, publications and National and International Journals, on the subjects, in addition to the Central Library, where more than 50,000 books on different specialties are available.
