Dr.Gill is a philanthropist by nature and a doctor by profession. He obtained his MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) degree from Govt. Medical College Patiala. He established Adesh Hospital and Research Centre at Muktsar in the year 1991 & started Paramedical courses including P.G. courses. In 2005 he reached the pinnacle of medical profession with the setting up of the prestigious Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Bathinda of International standards that provides medical education and research to southern Punjab, northern Rajasthan and Western Haryana. He has established himself as a dynamic entrepreneur and a committed planner who has achieved International fame for imparting quality education. To add to all this he is a devout follower of Sikhism and a scholar well versed in Sikh scriptures.Adesh Group started its’ journey in the field of professional education and health care with establishment of its first venture Adesh Hospital & Research Centre (P) Ltd., Muktsar in 1991. With time, it has emerged as a 300-bedded referral hospital having 30 specialist & superspecialist medical professionals, 65 qualified nursing & paramedical staffs and 55 trained administrative & supporting staffs. This hospital is the only of its kind in the region and offers integrated services in multiple specialities with facilities like Advanced Trauma Centre, ICU/ ICCU, Dialysis Unit, Poison Management Centre, Blood Bank, Neonate ICU, Laproscopy, Endoscopy, C.T.
