Swarankar, a renowned Gynaecologist and Specialist in IVF & Microsurgery, India Education trust (IET) was established. IET was established as a Public charitable Trust with the aim to: Continuously improve the health status of people by providing primary as well as advanced health care. Establish hospitals including specialty and super-speciality clinics, dispensaries, maternity homes, and RCH centres. Develop and administer research and educational institutions including medical, dental, nursing and pharmacy. Develop health manpower by creating training centres for medical and allied health care professionals. Promote and subsidize activities of other educational institutions which are catering and improving public health at large. IET is the sponsoring body of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology (MGUMST). The constituent institutions are as follows: Name of the Institution and Year Established Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur (Established 2003) Mahatma Gandhi Physiotherapy College, Jaipur (Established 2005) Mahatma Gandhi Dental College & Hospital, Jaipur (Established 2003) Mahatma Gandhi Nursing College, Jaipur (Established 2003) Mahatma Gandhi Nursing School, Jaipur (Established 2001) Mahatma Gandhi Cardiac and Critical Care Centre, Jaipur (Established 2012) In continuation to our Notification/Advertisement dated 14th September, 2015, it is informed to all applicants who have applied to Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur for admission in MBBS and BDS course in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital and Mahatma Gandhi Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur in response to our Notification/Advertisement dated 14th September, 2015 that Rajasthan UG Admission Board conducted its 3rd round of counseling on 21st September, 2015 and allotted 120 candidates against 127 seats in MBBS and 42 candidates against 51 seats in BDS course for admission. As per Rajasthan UG Admission Board, the admission process was to be completed by 24th September, 2015 (5:00 P.M.). On completion of admission process at Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur, as mentioned above, 27 seats in MBBS course in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and 21 seats in BDS course in Mahatma Gandhi Dental College still remained vacant / unfilled after the 3rd round of counseling. The 27 vacant seats in MBBS course and 21 vacant seats in BDS course also include the unallotted / unfilled seats of MBBS course and BDS course sent by Rajasthan UG Admission Board during 3rd round of counseling. The category wise details of vacant seats after 3rd round of counseling in MBBS and BDS courses.Total number of seats available are 100.

Courses Offered:

UNDER GRADUATE PROGRAMMES MBBS BDS B.Sc Nursing BPT BOT POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES MD/MS M.Sc Medical MDS MPT MOT M.Phil DOCTORAL PROGRAMMES  Ph.D Eligibility: MBBS: No Candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the medical curriculum of first year of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course until: (1) He/She completes the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year of admission to the MBBS course. (2) He/She passes the qualifying examination as under: (a) The Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of the study comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English as compulsory subject (English at a level not less than the core course or English as prescribed by the NCERT) or its equivalent certificate and must have obtained a minimum of 50% (40% for SC / ST / OBC / SBC) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology at the qualifying examination. (3) Reservation policy of Government of Rajasthan will be applicable on CET seats. Reservation policy will be only applicable on 85% seats. No reservation is applicable on NRI Seats. BDS: No Candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the first year of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course until: (1) He/She completes the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year of admission to the BDS course. (2) He/She passes the qualifying examination as under: (a) The Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of the study comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English as compulsory subject (English at a level not less than the core course or English as prescribed by the NCERT) or its equivalent certificate and must have obtained a minimum of 50% (40% for SC / ST / OBC / SBC) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Bio-technology at the qualifying examination.
